Summary: Inspection, installation, and maintenance of Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems and Portable Fire Extinguishers
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect and service restaurant fire suppression systems
Inspect and service fire extinguishers and exit lights
Respond to service calls
Properly explain and sell products to customers needing code compliance products
Pursue new business in and around current service area
Complete and process all necessary paperwork in a timely fashion
Provide an maintain superior customer services and loyalty of current customers
Maintain service and sales quotas
Follow Safety rules and good driving habits
All other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities: NONE

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1 year of experience of route sales required.
Language Skills: Must be able to verbally communicate with customers and other employees. Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence. Must be able to read/comprehend/interpret and write simple instructions, basic correspondence, memos, work schedules, safety rules and procedure manuals.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract and perform simple math. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Demonstrate simple problem solving ability dealing with several variables.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Netsuite, Servicetrade, Sales Force, various customer portals, Contact Management systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail). Must be comfortable working on a computer and be willing to build upon their knowledge in order to maximize efficiency.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Portable technician license preferred, Valid Driver’s License
