We are now looking for a new team member to handle administrative duties between our Lafayette, Muncie & Kokomo branches. You MUST be willing to travel between all three offices throughout the week. •Maintain caregiver personnel files
•File timesheets and caregiver requirements
•Develop strong and lasting relationships with referral sources and community resources
•Other administrative duties
•Minimum of high school education or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
•Prior health care, home care, staffing, recruiting or account management experience strongly preferred
•At least 2 years of professional experience preferred
•Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and of successfully taking on increased responsibility.
•Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
•Proven communication, computer, and organizational skills.
•Desire to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment.
•Exceptional customer service skills
