SummaryThe Vice President of Outsourcing Vendor Management is responsible for the implementation and management of the Outsourcing Vendor Management Program which will align and supplement existing Vendor Management policies and practices. The Vice President of Outsourcing Vendor Management is responsible for managing risk, value, and performance of offshore and outsourcing vendor relationships.Essential Job Functions:
Implement an enterprise-wide Outsourcing Vendor Management Program, with specific emphasis on offshore vendors, to align with and supplement existing Vendor Management policies and practices
Implement corporate policies to govern offshore and outsourcing vendor relationships
Manage the selection and oversight of offshore and outsourcing vendor relationships in partnership with business and channel leadership
Work closely with business and channel leadership to understand business strategies and support strategies, as appropriate, with the use of vendor partnerships
Assess and negotiate vendor partnerships used across the enterprise to design outsourcing strategies and strengthen vendor partnerships
Partner with other corporate groups such as IT Security, Legal, and Risk on controls and policies
Respond to audits and interviews from regulators, as needed

Prior experience creating and implementing enterprise controls and oversight for offshore and outsourcing vendor relationships
Expertise in offshore environments and risks and the ability to design and implement controls specific to offshore partners
Ability to review and negotiate vendor agreements and scopes of work to ensure alignment with business needs and strategy
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to form collaborative working relationships
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to envision and execute; process and policy changes, change in corporate culture, alignment between enterprise strategy and individual business channel needs
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University; a minimum of 8-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
