OEM Integration Engineer

The OEM Integration Engineer is responsible for managing the technical relationship with the various software alliance members and supporting various product integrations and types.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with assigned software alliance members and guide them through technical integrations with various products and communication types (RS485, WiFi, BLE, IP/POE, Z-wave, Zigbee, etc…)

• Define and manage integration project timeline with OEM’s.

• Ensure integrations with partners meet minimum feature standards and perform as designed.

• Work with partners on enhancements and ensure launch readiness as technical platforms evolve and releases occur.

• Provide guidance to partners and technical support as needed to resolve customer issues.

• Provide software OEM feedback and suggestions to Product Management and Engineering.

• Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
