Senior Living Communities Certified Dietary Manager in Carmel, Indiana
The Stratford is now accepting applications for a Certified Dietary Manager Clinician (CDMC) to administer and ensure that the dining experience, at the highest level, in Senior Living Facilities is nutritionally sound, safe, healthy and fulfilling for all Residents. The CDMC makes certain that the nutritional screening, food preferences, and food acceptance are accurately obtained, monitored, and recorded in the medical record in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. The CDMC will also ensure that any food and/or fluid related interventions are added to plans of care.
High school graduation or GED required.
Certified Dietary Manager Designation by state accepted / recognized institution.
B. Direct Previous Experience
- Two years' experience in a similar position desired.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must conduct all business with a professional manner and with a high level of confidentiality.
Work indoors for the majority of the work day (fluorescent lights, HVAC system, solid surface flooring, normal heat and cold conditions associated with a kitchen facility, normal kitchen noise levels).
Lift objects of 35 pounds or less over the head.
Move objects of 50 pounds or less.
Standing for extended periods.
Assist with resident evacuations.
